Q: Where to submit a manuscript?

A: Go to the submission form at www.jvejournals.com in the submit section of Journal of Vibroengineering. If you have any problems, please send your manuscript as a file attachment to either these e-mails: m.ragulskis@jve.lt or ragulskis.jve@gmail.com

Q: How to format a manuscript?

A: Download manuscript template at the submit section of Journal of Vibroengineering or download it here.

Q: Do I need to send a signed copy of the Author form when submitting a manuscript?

A: Yes. Please download the form at the submit section of Journal of Vibroengineering or download it here. Print the form and sign it, scan it and attach it by submitting the manuscript.

Q: Are there any publication charges?  

A: Yes, the page fee is 40 EUR per page. These charges have to be paid only after the acceptance of the manuscript. All manuscripts undergo rigorous, fair and anonymous peer review process. The only criteria for a manuscript to be accepted to the Journal is passing through the peer review process. 

Q: How long does the review time take from the manuscript submission?

A: All papers published in Journal of Vibroengineering are reviewed by external anonymous reviewers. Usual review time is approximately 2 months after the submission.

Q: What is the publication time if the manuscript is accepted to the Journal?

A:  Usually, one-three months after the acceptance.

Q: What are the exact dates of the issues?

A:           Issue 1: February 15th

               Issue 2: March 30th

               Issue 3: May 15th

               Issue 4: June 30th

               Issue 5: August 15th

               Issue 6: September 30th

               Issue 7: November 15th

               Issue 8: December 30th


Journal of Vibroengineering (JVE) makes everything possible to sustain the integrity of research. Apart from rigorous anti-plagiarism policy (including anti-self-plagiarism) we will make all possible efforts to prevent any possible manipulations with citations. If we will observe that a paper published in Journal of Vibroengineering (JVE) is cited more than 5 times from any single Conference Proceedings Issue – or a single Journal issue – this manuscript will be automatically retracted. All manipulations with citations will be strictly prosecuted – no matter what.
